INFUSED WATER FOR HEALTHY BLOOD

INFUSED WATER FOR HEALTHY BLOOD

There are so many benefit of infused water to your body which vary from healthy to beautiful face and body. Related to your healthy body, it is important to have healthy blood because it has three essential functions that are transport, protection, and regulation.

Blood transport (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2), between the lungs and rest of the body. Nutrients are transported from the digestive tract and storage sites to the rest of the body also by blood. The important role also made by blood in the liver and kidney when detoxified or removed the waste product. Blood bring hormones from the glands in which they are produced to their target cells. The last transportation function made by blood is bring heat to the skin Heat as to help regulate body temperature.

Second function of blood is protection. When the body suffer from inflammation part of blood that is leukocytes or white blood cells, destroy invading microorganisms and cancer cells. Antibodies and other proteins contained in blood destroy pathogenic substances to protect the body from any kind of diseases. A very small part of a cell in the blood, called platelet, initiate blood clotting and help minimise blood loss.

Third function of blood is regulation. Blood helps regulate pH and water balance in the body. By interacting with acids and bases, bloods regulate body’s pH. While water balance made by blood in the way of transferring water to and from tissues.

Unfornately, that functions are not always perform well, blood do not always do his job appropriately due to some problems. The problems related to the blood we use to face are hypertention, hypotension, and blood coagulating/ clotting.

Uncontrolled high blood pressure increases your risk of serious health problems, including heart attack and stroke, Low blood pressure, also known as hypotension, is where blood pressure in your arteries is abnormally low. Hypotension is the medical term for low blood pressure (less than 90/60). Low blood pressure with no symptoms is almost never serious. But if your blood pressure drops too low, it can restrict the amount of blood flowing to your brain and other vital organs, which can cause unsteadiness, dizziness or fainting. The risk of both low and high blood pressure normally increases with age due in part to normal changes during aging. In addition, blood flow to the heart muscle and the brain declines with age, often as a result of plaque buildup in blood vessels. An estimated 10% to 20% of people over age 65 have postural hypotension. Postural hypotension is considered a failure of the cardiovascular system or nervous system to react appropriately to sudden changes. Normally, when you stand up, some blood pools in your lower extremities. Uncorrected, this would cause your blood pressure to fall. But your body normally compensates by sending messages to your heart to beat faster and to your blood vessels to constrict. This offsets the drop in blood pressure. If this does not happen, or happens too slowly, postural hypotension results and can lead to fainting.

A blood pressure reading appears as two numbers. The first and higher of the two is a measure of systolic pressure, or the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats and fills them with blood. The second number measures diastolic pressure, or the pressure in the arteries when the heart rests between beats.

The third blood problem we discuss here is blood coalgulating/clotting. After bleeding has stopped and healing has occurred, the body should break down and remove the clots. But sometimes blood clots form too easily or don’t dissolve properly and travel through the body limiting or blocking blood flow. This is called excessive blood clotting or hypercoagulation, and can be very dangerous. In a case of excessive blood clotting, these clots can form in, or travel to, the arteries or veins in the brain, heart, kidneys, lungs and limbs, which in turn can cause heart attack, stroke, damage to the body’s organs or even death. Many factors can cause excessive blood clotting including certain diseases and conditions, genetic mutations and medicines. These causes fall into two categories: acquired and genetic

Coagulation (also known as clotting) is the process by which blood changes from a liquid to a gel, forming a blood clot. It potentially results in hemostasis, the cessation of blood loss from a damaged vessel, followed by repair. The mechanism of coagulation involves activation, adhesion, and aggregation of platelets along with deposition and maturation of fibrin. Disorders of coagulation are disease states which can result in bleeding (hemorrhage or bruising) or obstructive clotting (thrombosis). Coagulation is highly conserved throughout biology. In all mammals, coagulation involves both a cellular (platelet) and a protein (coagulation factor) component. The system in humans has been the most extensively researched and is the best understood.

One of the easy way to get healthy blood is to drink infused water. Infused water that used one of the following ingredients Melon, Pinepple, Strawberry, Cucumber or Starfruit.

Why these ingredient can make your blood healthier? Melon contain potassium and adenosine. Potassium help to keep blood pressure in normal range. McDonough found a number of population studies demonstrating that higher dietary potassium, as rated by urinary excretion or dietary recall, was generally associated with lower blood pressure, regardless of the level of sodium intake. Potassium is a key mineral that the body relies on heavily to function properly. It helps to lower blood pressure by balancing out the negative effects of salt. Adenosine acts in opposition to adrenaline and also possesses anti-platelet action that prevents platelets from aggregating.

In blood adenosine is broken down by adenosine deaminase. This enzyme is present in red cells and the vessel wall. We can drink infused water of melon that rich of adenosine in the attempts of raising the levels of adenosine in blood. This leads to blood vessel dilatation and improved blood flow through the coronary blood vessels that supply the heart muscles.

Potassium also are rich in Starfruit so other than melon you also can use starfruit to make infused water in order to decrease the blood pressure. We can drink this useful infused water to reduce drug comsumption that has bad effect on your kidney.

Pineapple is other best ingredient of infused water for healthy blood because a cup of pineapple contains about 1 mg of sodium and 195 mg of potassium. High amount of potassium plus small amount of sodium in your diet is a perfect way to combat hypertension.

Similar to Pineapple, Strawberries has ideal proportion of pottasium and sodium. About eight strawberries contain 240 mg of potassium and 1.44 mg of sodium. This proportion is excellent to maintain a healthy blood pressure and prevent strokes. That is why this red fruit is right ingredient for infused water to drink daily in order to treat and prevent high blood pressure.

As well as Pineaple and strawberries, cucumber is rich in pottasium and contain low sodium. Cucumbers also contain a lot of fiberand magnesium. Fiber pottasium and magnesium are nutrient which work effectively for regulating blood pressure.Yes, it is true, potassium is an essential mineral for regulating your blood pressure, and a large cucumber provides 442 mg of potassium. Because of its nutrient contents, cucumber is good for treating both high blood pressure and low blood pressure.

The same reason that is right proportion level of potassium and sodium, make starfruit a right fruit for maintaining blood pressure. Levels of sodium are kept in check by magnesium which is a mineral that regulates the muscle function of the body including the heart muscles. Heart muscles create heart beat and regular heart beat that keeps a healthy blood flow.

The folowing is the step to make infused water

  1. Slice the ingredients
  2. Put the ingredients into the glass pitcher
  3. Add water into the glass pitcher and close it tightly
  4. Store the glass pither in the refrigator for 4 hours
  5. Remove the ingredients. Remove the infused fruits, vegetables and herbs from the water will prevent these ingredients from decomposing in the water and potentially creating undesirable flavors.
  6. Pour the infused water into a glass, drink the water when it is cool.
  7. Store the infused water in the fridge for up to three days.

So you can choose one of these five fruits to make infused water and drink it daily to maintain your blood. Other fruit that make you blood health are celery, manggo, watermelon. Try this easy way to keep your health. Keep healthy by drinking infused water!
